To be responsible for my own tax and National Insurance as a self-employed person. 

To keep my vehicle roadworthy, taxed and clean and produce evidence of adequate insurance cover on demand.

In consideration of the company’s guarantee to make payment to me, I agree to accept the current rates Westway Despatch shall set down, which I understand are subject to change at any time.

I will not on my own account or as a representative of any other persons, canvas solicit or entice any client or employee of Westway Despatch whilst contracted to them or for one year after I cease to be so contracted.

Westway Despatch permits me, as an independent contractor to undertake the collection and delivery of parcels on its behalf and at its discretion throughout the period of engagement

I as the contractor shall in connection with Westway Despatch undertake the collection and delivery of parcels with all due haste and diligence ensuring at all times the safe condition of parcels

I as the contractor will have no power or authority to bind or pledge Westway Despatch and shall not hold myself out or permit myself to be held out as having any such power or authority

To the extent of liability not covered by insurance, I shall indemnify Westway Despatch against all claims for loss or damage to goods while in my custody
